If you've forgotten your school password or logging into your account for the first time, you can reset it securely following the steps below.


Step 1: Go to Microsoft's Password Reset Page

  1. Open a web browser and go to: Microsoft Login.

  2. Enter your full Kinkaid email in the "User ID" field.


Step 2: Enter your password (Make sure the Kinkaid seal is visible in the background)



Step 3: Complete the prompted fields (Again - Make sure the Kinkaid seal is still visible in the background)

Step 4: Login to Google

  1. Go to Google.com.
  2. Sign in using your school email and new password.
