After you have left your school laptop or device at the Technology Office for repairs, here’s what you need to know about when it’ll be ready.
What Happens Next:
Repairs for Apple Care covered devices are typically done onsite, at school.
If a part needs to be replaced, we might have to order it, which may take a few days and you will be provided a loaner in the meantime.
You’ll get email updates about your repair status and when your computer will be ready for pickup.
What You Can Do:
Keep an eye on your email—that’s where we’ll send updates.
If it’s been a few days and you haven’t heard anything, you can stop by the Tech Office or send a message to ask for an update.
