Follow the steps below to navigate to Canvas without needing to manually sign in.


Step 1: Sign In to Your Google Account

  • Make sure you are signed into your school-issued Google account in your Chrome browser

  • You can check this by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner of the browser.

Step 2: Open the Google Apps Menu

  1. In the top-right corner of your browser window, click the Google Apps icon (the nine-dot waffle icon).

  2. Scroll down through the list of available apps until you see Canvas.

  3. Click Canvas to launch it.

Step 3: Access Your Canvas Dashboard

  1. After clicking Canvas, you should be automatically signed in.
  2. You will be taken directly to your Canvas Dashboard, where you can view your courses, assignments, and announcements.
