If you need to forward your desk phone calls to another number (such as your mobile phone or another office extension), follow the steps below to set up and manage call forwarding.


Step 1: Access Call Forwarding Options

  • Press the Forward button on your desk phone.

    • This will open the call forwarding settings menu.


Step 2: Choose Forwarding Type

  • Use the navigation buttons to highlight the type of calls you want to forward (e.g., Forward All, Forward Busy, Forward No Answer).

  • Press the Select button to confirm your choice.

    • For most users, Forward All is the most commonly used option.


Step 3: Enter the Forwarding Number

  • In the Forward All Number field, enter the number where you want to forward your calls.

    • Use the format: 8 + 10-digit phone number (e.g., 81234567890).

    • The 8 is required to dial an external number from the school phone system.

    • Or type the person's extension, if forwarding internally.

  • Once the number is entered, press the Set button.


Step 4: Cancel Call Forwarding

  • To stop forwarding calls, press the Clr fwd (Clear Forward) button on your phone.
