Make sure you are signed into your Kinkaid Adobe account, under our license you do not need to purchase anything!
1) Sign out of Creative Cloud and you will be prompted to sign back in
Sign in using Google
2) You will be redirected to a webs browser, select your Kinkaid email
3) It will tell you you've signed in successfully
4) Quit Creative Cloud by going to the upper left hand corner of your computer and selecting Quit
5) Open Creative Cloud, you might need to sign in again and then the error shouldn't reappear.
