1. Open Settings by clicking the gear icon.




2. Click 'See all settings.'




3. In the 'General' tab, scroll all the way down to the 'Vacation responder' section. Select 'Vacation responder on.'


4. Fill in date range, subject, and message fields.


5. (Optional): Select whether you want only Contacts or people in The Kinkaid School to receive your vacation/Out of Office automatic replies.


6. Click 'Save Changes.'





When your vacation reply is on, you'll see a banner across the top of your inbox that shows the subject of your vacation response.

To turn off your vacation response, click End now.
