2. Add:

afp://optimus.kinkaid.org

to the "Connect to Server" prompt. Click the "+" button to save the address to the list and click "Connect".

3. Enter your first.last under "Name," e-mail password and click "connect"

*Note: May be prompted to select which department share to connect:

You will see the "Advancement" share on your desktop. 

Before leaving or shutting down, please make sure to "Eject" the advancement share by either right clicking/secondarily clicking on the icon and selecting "Eject...." or dragging and dropping the icon to the trash on your dock.
