Issue:
Cause:
-Adobe requires users to log in to validate their license
-Possibly outdated app installed
Resolution:
1. Open the "Kinkaid Self Service" App from the applications folder
2. Run the "Adobe CC (Named License)" installer
3. After installation, Log in to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Manager App (It should pop up automatically). You can launch the Adobe desktop manager app by going to ( /Applications/Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Creative Cloud)
4) You will be redirected to a web browser to sign in, select your Kinkaid email
5) Creative Cloud will reopen and load your account
Note: You might need to Quit Creative Cloud and reopen it. You can go that by going to the upper left hand corner of your computer and select quit from the drop down.
6. Update any applications that need updates. Once the application update is complete, the button will change from "Update" to "Open"
Note: Periodically, Adobe will need to revalidate your license. If you see the following error, please log in to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Manager App
