Common Reasons Why Printer is Not Printing
- Connection Issues: The printer might not be properly connected to the computer or network.
- Low Supplies: The printer may be low on Toner or Paper.
These instructions are for Non-Secure Print copiers. Please visit our Secure Print Online article for Secure Print copier-related troubleshooting.
If you're unable to print, follow these steps below to troubleshoot.
1: Check Your WiFi Connection
Make sure you are connected to the Kinkaid secure WiFi network - printing will not work on the Guest network.

2: Check the Paper Supply
Check the paper tray to ensure it has enough paper and is loaded correctly.
Verify the paper size matches what the printer expects before printing again.
3: Restart the Printer
Turn the printer off, wait about 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
Allow the printer to fully reboot before sending another print job.
