If you are given the follow prompt to update your zoom  client application on your Kinkaid Middle School 1-to-1 Computer:




Resolution:


1. Close Zoom (if it is currently open)


2.  Open the Kinkaid Self Service Application:




2.  Run the "Update" for Zoom under the "Applications (Self Service)" category:



3. Launch Zoom and confirm the prompt no longer displays
