Sometimes it will send voicemails to Spam but you can create a filter to fix this.
1. Open Settings by clicking on the gear icon
2. Click 'See all settings'
3. Select 'Filters and Blocked Addresses' tab, then click 'Create a new filter.'
4. In the From field type 'unityconnection@kinkaid.org' then click 'Create filter.'
5. Check 'Never send it to Spam' then click 'Create filter.'
Once complete, your settings should have the new filter (and possible additional ones - that is OK).
